Twain Group is thrilled to announce our participation as facilitators/trainers; in conjunction with Pepperdine University’s The Davenport Institute School of Public Policy, in leading a brand new training program on the promise and challenges of technology as it pertains to public engagement. “Gov 2.0: What Public Leaders Need to Know” will be a fast-paced an interactive overview of the important differences between the technologies and concepts involved in terms like “Gov2.0”, “transparency”, and “online engagement”.
This full-day training seminar is intended for middle/upper level managers across all departments – from planning to public safety – as well as elected officials. The first event will be held at Pepperdine University’s West Los Angeles campus at the end of July, 2013.
